A 5-axis robotic arm refers to a robot type capable of moving in five distinct directions, enabling it to perform complex tasks with high precision. These five movement axes correspond to the degrees of freedom the arm possesses in three-dimensional space.
These five axes allow the robotic arm to achieve more complex and flexible movement ranges compared to robots with fewer axes.
